If all episodes were joined they should be in the output directory, use software like power dvd to play output files from hard disk and check how many chapters are there and what is the duration.

If all episodes are in the same resolution AVI2DVD can join them into one DVD, all you need to do is to put all files in one directory and rename them like this:
episode 1.avi
episode 2.avi
episode 3.avi
etc...

Re: video resolution

I am trying to burn 4 TV episodes I have as AVIs but AVI2DVD tells me "video resolution different". How do I fix this please. dcn  You can't fix it, all episodes have to be in the same resolution. PS. Next time use search before creating new topic, the same problem already was in a few topics.

Pentium 3 with only 384MB of memory is not a good system for converting purposes but it sholud be faster than 2 fps. Check if you have any other programs running in background which may consume processor's time and disable them.

I don't think there will be support for HD files since such file, even encoded with H264, is very large and output file wouldn't fit a DVD disc, even double layer.

The problem could be the directory name, create new directory on C:, for instace C:\AVITemp and change in AVI2DVD destination directory to the new one and then try again.

If you want to join a few episodes you have to put them in the same directory and rename each file like this: Episode 1.avi Episode 2.avi Episode 3.avi etc... AVI2DVD will join all files into one and convert it to DVD. Remember that all episodes must have the same resolution and bitrate. You don't ...

On my computer (Celeron D 2,4GHz, 1GB RAM Dual Channel) 1,4GB file (xvid, playing time 1:45) conversion to DVD took 4 hours (using QuEnc with options: VBR, high quality, 2 pass).

Have anyone tested how long would it take with Core 2 Duo E6300?
