When I try to convert any movie, it starts to do the dumixing, then it comes up with an error telling me of an avs error saying: Unable to load AVS. I have tried to reinstall the program and it doesn't fix the problem. Can someone help me please.

I use to have the same problem but only if I pause the movie or I try fast forward or rewind. If you let the movie play natually it may work ok. But it may not, I just wanted to tell you that if you do that then it screwws up the speech.
