I also have this problem I found a possible solution(haven't tried yet) Aparently this program AVI Mux Gui can fix. 1 drag and drop the avi file into AVI Mux Gui 2 double click the file 3 select the avi info from the bottom window 4 change the time in ms that show in a field in the right of the ...
