have you tried heading to this page? http://www.fourcc.org/codecs.php and look for the type 'MP43' in the left hand column. that should point you in the right direction for that required codec. when i have had to install a new codec, it's only after installing, and doing a full restart, that AVI2DVD ...

hi csr, from the looks it's not a XVID codec you are after, but a DV based one called 'dvsd' head to here http://www.fourcc.org/codecs.php and look at the types in the left hand column - careful cause there is a 'dsvd' there as well, which is confusing! that should lead you in the right direction. i ...

Another solution might be to do with the filepath naming - see another post "No Audio Stream - No Problem". To test quickly, rename your file to something boring like test.avi, and move it to a root directory, so there's no chance of oddly named sub-folders mucking up AVI2DVD - it can't handle any ...
