I see plenty of guides showing how to make chapters from a single movie source, but I can't find any on how to make individual episodes of a TV show its own chapter. If I add each episode as its own job in the Job List, will get a single image with all of the episodes in it or will I just get one ...

So the convert process is SUPPOSED to take a really long time?
I've been running the same convert for a long while now...well around/over 4 hours for 1.4GB of video
