I tried that too. I even took it out of it's folder and put it on the C: drive and renamed it to Monk.avi so it would be as simple in path and name as possible and that still didn't help.

Interface Not Supported.

Everytime I try to load this avi in Avi2Dvd it gives me that error. I thought it was strange cause it's an xvid file. I don't think it's HD or anything like that. Here's a link to where I got my .srt file. It's the srt for ep. 5.

Maybe you can compare the two and get a clue as to what is going on.

I just burned my first ever DVD last night using Avi2Dvd. I used an .srt file and it worked perfectly. The DVD plays in my old PS2 and I can turn the subs on and off. I read through your other thread. I can't imagine what could be going wrong.
