Yes I have gotten the same message about bad frame headers, so I used SVCD2DVD on it, since it processes each file seperately before joining them, so their framerates are matched before they are joined. since you only posted 1/2 of your error msg, I am guessing that it is stopping when trying to join up two avi files, saying something about different framerates? I have gotten a similar message while attempting the same thing. I ended up using SVCD2DVD for that project, which processes the fiules ...

yep I have used the VSO app also, & while very fast, the quality is really pretty poor.

I would like to have AVI2DVD be able to pull me a perfect espresso each time I use it!
But if not possible, how about having the Roba OPV option included,to be able to use w/ CCE?

Most encoders (including CCE) do not offer very much improvement in PQ from more than 2 passes. Most of all freeware encoders currently are set at max of 2, I beleive so there is probably no way to increase this.
