My file is an iso. file now, is that the ONLY thing i need to burn to make it run on my computer AND on a DVD player? or convert to avi? I'm new to all this confusing x_x, just need some info to help me out! Thanks in advance!

ISO file is an image file of the DVD.Almost every CD/DVD burning software supports burning a CD/DVD from ISO file.
Note that you shouldn't just write the ISO file like the regular files. There should be an option to burn the disk from ISO file. There is a big difference.

Burned DVD not working in DVD Player

Post by bigkid23 »

The file is now ISO and I have burned it 3 different ways and it is not working...I first burned the DVD_Temp.iso file with DVD Decrypter and when I put the disk in the DVD Player it say "not NTSC" when I try to play it on any of my many dvd players on my computer it doesnt say that it is a DVD, it says that it is a FILE...I have burned several DVDs using DVD Decrypter from ISO files....I am using DVD-R discs to do this....I am not a computer brain but I am sure that I am doing it correctly...plz help...I keep thinking I am not going through the steps correctly....thanks
I can never figure out anything

If burned correctly from the ISO file, when you put the DVD into your PCs DVD drive you should see these folders:
AUDIO_TS
VIDEO_TS

Not the ISO file itself.

I've never used DVD Decrypter so I can't help you there. :(
