put the clip.avi on a simple path like c:\temp\clip.avi
When you load it what you get ?
You do not even get the :Audiostreams 1 for example ?

for the history Ai3d had winxp with not the default configuration of filters !
We registered these filters on his system :

quartz.dll
qasf.dll
qdv.dll
qcap.dll

By default these filters resulted not registered even if they are part of winxp [they are ocated on system32]
So from the version 0.4.1 avi2dvd i will register them

I am using version 0.4.1 avi2dvd and I am with the following problem: if i create the dvd menu and use encoder NuEnc, appear the error message "matriz.ini file is missing".
Forgive for my bad English.

Hey people, I have a tip for you!

I was using the 0.4.1 version. It was ok. Then i installed a codec pack (CCCP) for some videos here. Avi2dvd got the error "Interface not supported".

So, i tried to uninstall this codec pack, but it didn't work. I started installing any codec that i have on my computer, including 5 or 6 releases of xvid. Didn't work. I tried to use a version earlier than 0.3.6, so I used 0.3.2. Same error. I got angry and turn off my computer.

That was yesterday.

Now, the important part:
Today, I uninstalled any codec that I found on "Add/Remove programs" (it means Divx, XviDs, Matroska Codecs, etc.). Installed CCCP again and Avi2Dvd 0.4.2. Then I loaded the file. No error. Add the job e clicked Go!. No error =D. I didn't make the whole movie, but I'll tonight.

So, I think the solution it's to remove codecs and install new ones. The right ones. For me, it's an incompatibility among codecs.

Now, the data:

Windows XP Professional
Avi2Dvd 0.4.2
edit: forget the encoder: CCE 2.67
Combined Comunity Codec Pack (CCCP) (It can be downloaded here.

CCCP cleans codecs or filters that have incompatibility.

Take a look at this, trustfm!

Have a nice day!

p.s.: i'm not doind marketing. I'm only showing you what worked for me :P
