SVCD is not played by my external DVD Player or my computer

I've made a Super VCD uot of a .WMV file with AVI2Dvd with all the standard settings. both my computer reconise it as a SVCD, but they refuse to play it. What did I do wrong.

What player did u use?

Also remember that u have to load the DAT
