AVI Chunk message

Following problem with an AVI file. When i try to play it appears the following window:

I thought that the problem was the sound and with virtualdub i've reencoded it. I've tried to play it again and no avi chunk viewer message comes. After that i've tried to convert it to DVD with Avi2DVD 0.4.1 (the stabilest for me) and began to encode sound (no problem) and then to encode video (CCE SP 2.67.00.27 4 passes) but aproximately on 60% video encoding process the Avi2DVD tools hangs.

What's happened? Any ideas ?.

I've read on other forums about this avi chunk viewer message and it's not a sound problem but no other solutions founded. As the message says "the complete reinterleaving of this file is strongly recomended ... "
How can i do it ?. has anybody the same problem ?.

Solution founded:

I've uninstalled all codecs and Avi2DVD and folders deleted too.
Checked with GSpot (menu System/List Codecs and Others Filters) or FilterManager that all codecs are uninstalled. After that, all codecs and AviDVD installed again.
