Won't accept multiple AVI files

Post by rsinger »

All:

When I try to add multiple AVI's, with the format file1.avi, file2.avi, AVI2DVD doesn't accept the second file. I get an error message saying that the output file is already being used by another file.

I tried to create a separate output file for file2, but this did not work.

Can anyone guide me to create a DVD with multiple AVI's?

Thanks very much.

Regards,

Bob.

Thanks,
I also learned the CD1.avi is what you load, then avi2dvd automatically includes the other cd's(avi's) you have in the same folder, then combines them into a nice long video. The only thing missing is making a menu for the 4 individual avi's. The next version, trustfm tells me, should have this option :)

Its a bit crude, but you can put a chapter at the start of each 'episode' . Calculate the number of seconds long each one is (the first one is zero)and use the chapter buttons in the menu you build. It's in the guide on the homepage.
