Could not read from audio source 1....?

First off, I'd like to say AVI2DVD ROCKS! Beautiful, clean and simple conversion of AVI files to DVD files, The BEST! I, like everyone else have 1 little problem. When joining 2 AVI files (usually of one movie) I get that now infamous message "Could not read from Audio Source 1, although the end of the stream has not been reached yet. A reason could be bad frame headers." Mind you, it doesn't happen with every movie, but it's like gambling, you never know what's going to happen. Any advice on what to do or how to fix? Much appreciated. :)
