Text exceeds memo capacity

Post by green »

I keep receiving a message "Text exceeds memo capacity" when I try to load a srt file.
The file is only 94 KB and it is accepted when I load it on two parts. That means all other requirements are followed. :!:
It should be the size of the file.
I'm running Windows 98SE. I found similar problems posted in the the forums in some other programs. The problems seems to disapear in higher version of Windows.
My assumption is the problem comes from the compilator setup options, but I'm really not a specialist.
What can you suggest me, instead going for Win2k or XP?

win98 has an limitation of 64kb !!!
Try to convert your srt on sub (sub is smaller) microdvd format using subrip
