Always, I tried diff movies and avi's but still the same, it was working before, I dunno what happend, I tried uninstalling it then installing it back but still the same thing.
Try renaming the .srt and .avi files, so they match the DOS 8+3 filename format, and - maybe more important - make sure the filenames only consist of international letters (a-z). Hence don't use any characters specific for non-US countries or regions.
In my case it seemed to solve the problem. SpuMux used to exit prematurely, and I'm certain that it was because I used the nordic letter '?' in my filenames.
Please reply here if my tip was helpful

Thanks mate for the advice, I will try it and reply you back, although the movie name and the subtitle was Movie 1.avi & Movie 1.srt
3. Damn, can't remember, but I know there were three things.
I have the same problem, I think that the problem is with file name - make sure that movie path doesnt include some "strange" letters or symbols, the best would be to have path without spaces and "- , . ( ) & etc"...
Encoder is not the problem becouse I've got same error with CCE (several different versions) and FreeEnc...
Duh, didn't solve the problem yet but i've successfully made one conversion till now and that one had path withou even spaces...
