I have been waiting for a reply for a week now. Can someone please give me an answer to my qeustion or what is the use of this website.

I suspect a corrupted installation... Btw, try to locate the Avi2dvd_temp folder and delete all you found in it after a video conversion. Then start a new conversion batch... I hope this help!
