Der figured it out for the 2 avi files

Post by bugadifino »

Der figured it out for the 2 avi files, but I now get a warning that says, "can't join files: video resolution is different"

1 file is a bunch of hotos from the wedding with songs playing that is converted into a avi, the other is a video of the wedding.

Please help me figure this out, she gets back from the honey moon in 2 days.

Yes, Avi2Dvd joins the 2 video clip into one and then encode

What you need is to encode 2 video clip separately into 2 mpg files.
And use some other authoring program to author multi track dvd.
By having to video files on different tracks, you can now have different resolution or frame rate videos on the same dvd

Remember to calculate the bite rate when you encode the video files so they fit into 1 dvd when put together.
