0 byte problem?

Every time I run Avi2DVD to make a DVD from an existing avi file it randomly stops a few minutes in. I read on another post about this "0 byte" message being related to subtitles, but I'm not using any. Here's my log:

I just tried using the individual encoders that came with the program, but I still get the same error.

Hi Cerberis,

I just ran into the same problem (however, my AVI does have a Subtitle ... an SRT) ... my logfile is the same as yours word for word ... except the last line that you highlighted for mine it says
"1 Bytes" versus your "0 Bytes" ...

Q: for the experts ... does this mean that I have same probelm or a different problem because of that 1 integer?

More info: For me it sometimes dies during the audio encoding, but every few times it will get to FreeEnc, but encounter an error when it opens.

The problem occurs when QuEnc opens up an error report comes up saying that QuEnc will have to close do i want to report the problem.

I do what the link above says anyway so no difference there and also have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software.
Which sorted out the interface not supported problem for me.

am really stumped with this one any one have any ideas?
