No Audio Stream Option...please HELP!!!

I have tried everything on here that I've read about this problem but still no option shows up for audio stream. I've simplified the file name and still no luck. HELP!!!

try this rename your file just say die hard 4 now put the file in divx art folder now open up avi2dvd then load the movie
