on computer you have 100% subtitles ! You need the official divx codec (divx.com) to see them and not some other codecs.
If the problem insists try wit the official DIVX PLAYER included to divx codec (it is free)

I'm having the same problem also. Every things seems to go correctly and I got the new file with a little bigger size, but I cannot see any subtitle in my PC or my standalone DVD player.

I'm using WinXP.

This is really strange as I tried avisub lots of time before without any problem in my old WinXP (not the currently using).

drag and drop the *.divx file to graphedit ( http://www.videohelp.com/tools/GraphEdit ) and post the photo of the graph here in the forum (gif)
graphedit does not need any installation

thanks for your reply.

I'm not sure how to upload files here, so I uploaded the file in an upload center.
here is the link to direct download.

Sure there will be a solution.

thanks..

ok your case is easy ... you need to uninstall nero.
If you do not want uninstall it you have to find the "Nero MP4" filter and unregister it.
Use DirectShow Filter Manager it is free download it from here : http://www.softella.com/dsfm/index.en.htm
Τell me if that worked

hi

I unregistered all Nero filters but, still the same problem, subtitles are not there. I uploaded a picture of what I got after I did that, here

http://www.livedvb.eu//filemanager.php? ... tory=Tools&

and also I posted pictures for all filters in my windowsXP shown by DirectShow Filter Manager, here is the file it's a Rar file containing 4 gif.

http://www.livedvb.eu//filemanager.php? ... tory=Tools&

What should I remove of all those filters?

here is an correct graph that shows the subtitles
Image
as you can see your avisplitter that you use overtakes the divx demux splitter.
so go Use DirectShow Filter Manager and
a) o lower the priority of avisplitter
or b) unregister that avisplitter
or c) try reinstalling the official divx codec
or d) put the divx demux in upper priority using the DirectShow Filter Manage

let me know what happened.
With few words in the graph must have divx demuxer and not the avi splitter

START with the solution c at first !!!

thanks again

I did that, I just installed latest divx codec. Now it works.
strange think is that, the subtitles appears when using the divx player, but in VLC and media player classic, I selected them, but they are not shown.
