Menu unreadable

Hello,
the attached Pic shows the menu in unreadable Font so I can't decide the correct settings.
I just started the .exe - what was wrong?

this is the most weird problem i have ever seen ! Must had to do with the font used on windows ! I see an modifided version of xp ?
Anyway the menu you want look like this :


Once you use the correct settings thes are saved to an ini file so you wont set them again .
