Hello,
I tried a lot of different settings making .idx/.sub-files for my Divx-Player.
On PC's Power-DVD the subs are displayed correctly.
I wonder what I've done wrong?
Some idea?

1) since you cannot see them just for now use the default color setting (the third one the recommended)
2)find out if your player is idx/sub compatible (update firmware might needed)
3)put the subtitles UPPER lets say in the middle of the screen
4)the subtitles are selectable frome the remote control does appear there (SUBTITLE 1 etc ...) if not your device does not read subs ...

yes - the on screen menu of the Player says there's a subtitle stream (incl. the language).
I reinstalled my WinXP and didn't changed the fonts so now I can see the menu of txt2vobsub - but still no subs in the movie.
I already used films with idx/sub-Subs and it worked.
Now I tried a lot of settings with different fonts, offsets, colors and fps's - no success.
Any further suggestions, please
