What does this error message mean?
I want to convert a perfectly normal .srt file to .idx/.sub but Text2VobSub won't do it and complain by giving me the error "Unsupported subtitle format!".

The srt is a simple text file. How could it be corrupted?

Or you open the srt with Notepad and save it as a new srt file, making sure that "ANSI " is selected in the Encoding pulldown menu.
