Error while joining two AVI-files

Greetings!

I get this error when trying to join two avi-files:

I have 216 GB free on my secondary drive, and 36.3 GB free on my system drive (Avi2dvd is installed on my secondary drive).
There's no useful information to get from the log.

I'm using the BETA-version of Avi2dvd (0.4.5). I've tried to do a re-install, but the problem persists.
I'm running Windows XP SP3 32-bit on an AMD Athlon XP 2400+ (2.0 GHz) with 768 MB RAM.

I think your having trouble joining 2 avi files using avi2dvd,? if so i had the same trouble get NanDub and join them together then avi2dvd will see it as 1 file.
