I will fix the link but it written in Greek language . Since im updating my site rather slowly take a mini guide for now and tell me if you had problems:
1) rip the dvd with dvddecrypter ( www.dvddecrypter.com ) in IFO MODE.
At stream processing enable DEMUXING for VIDEO and AC3 FILES .
Attention _!!! on : tools - options - ifo mode - File splitting - select None . Check also chapter information ifoedit.
So athe the end of the ripping will have :
movie.m2v (ONE FILE)
sound1.ac3
sound2.ac3 ...
and an ido file plus the vobs with the subtitles !
2) with VSRip load the ripped IFO
and demux all the subs !in one idx/sub
3) Use SubToSup http://www.doom9.org/index.html?/software2.htm to convert idx/sub to SUPs files
4) Use txt2sup http://www.trustfm.net/divx/SoftwareTxt2Sup.html to convert srt to SUP (put as input ifo your riped ifo ! )
5) Use ifoedit www.ifoedit.com press dvd author put m2v , ac3 , sup and press ok ! you where done

One option to create some method of navigating through the DVD is to create a dummy chapters.txt file with Notepad that includes numbers on each line, starting with something like 10000 on first line, 20000 on second line, etc.
see how long the movie was and what was the framerate.
Use the length to calculate the movies length in seconds -- i.e. 1h 30mins == 90mins, 90 * 60 == 5400 seconds.
Then multiply this value with the fps value, like 5400 * 25 == 135000. Then keep the biggest value in your text file below this value and you're fine. Then simply click the Scene changes selection button in IFOEdit and select this file and you have chapters every 10,000 frames
Example of chapers.txt
10000
20000
30000
...
