Hello,

I tried your program for the first time and got a similarly convertion-problem. After starting the MP3->MP2 convertion the following error-box opens: "Couldn't execute the application".

Content of the Log window is.

[21:47:16] Type mode : Avi Input
[21:47:16] Output : Svcd
[21:47:16] Encoder Selected : QuEnc

[21:48:10] Demuxing of the selected audio finished successfully ! [K:\TEMP zum Brennen\The day after tomorrow\Avi2dvd_temp\Extracted_Audio.mp3 108559968 Bytes]
[21:48:11] Audio extracted renamed successfully ! [K:\TEMP zum Brennen\The day after tomorrow\Avi2dvd_temp\Fixed_Audio01.mp3 108559968 Bytes]
[21:48:11] Starts Mp3->Mp2 convertion ...

I can not find any other logfile :(

Can You help me?

thanks bilker1

I'm also having the same problem, with the exact same logfile generated as Edd originally posted.

I've tried removing all special characters *including spaces* from my path, such that the file was simply "C:\movies\movie.avi".

I've tried both DivX and Xvid encoded files.

Nothing seems to work.

I'm using WinXP Pro (Service Pack 2) on an Athlon64 3000+ (1.84 GHz) with 1GB DDR RAM.

I have problems with this conversion also. After AVI2DVD (version 0.4.3) extracts the mp3 audio from the xvid avi successfully, the conversion to AC3 takes only 1 second, which I conclude is because an external program cannot be found. It is true that I haven't installed AviSynth in the default directory.
