Well here is the graph:
The encoder used was CCE SP v2.67.00.23.
I hope this helps resolve the issue.
Sorry for being more persitant than most. I'm a software engineer by trade so I know that solving bugs can be difficult. It may even be a CCE SP bug.

Apparently, at least one other person in this thread has mentioned they have the problem.
So in total, at least two have the problem. I would be suprised if we were the only 2.
It may be that it ONLY effects those who use CCE SP.
It may be a CCE bug.
One easy fix is to be able to specify a size in Gigabytes.
If I know that it going to create oversized DVDs, I can specify a size slightly smaller to compensate (for example 4.4 Gb)

Hi, it's me again
I think I know what's causing the over size problem.
It's the "PAL to NTSC" option.
Just helping out the community here

I'm using 0.4.3, trying to convert PAL DVD's to NTSC, and the problem still exists. I got an ISO of 6+ Gig a couple of times.
thanks for the cool software, btw.

I got a 5.5 Gig check topic: ISO file too large Nero won`t burn. For details.
