go here : C:\Program Files\Common Files\Ahead\DSFilter\
put there the regdrop.exe (
http://www.addisonsw.com/regdrop.zip )
Now drag and drop the NeVideo.ax and the NeAudio.ax a on the regdrop icon by pressing the shift botton . By doing that you will uninstall nero video - audio decoder filter which generates your problem .
done my homework

Drag and dropped both files on the icon, they both say they have registered succesfully.
I reset the computer,
installed the original 3.8 version, tried to load my film, and there it was again: Interface not supported

After unregistering both files Windows still keeps on saying: Interface not supported.
It's no problem for me doing these things to help you (so I'am helping myself too ofcourse), but the problem is in your program since the 3.5 version, When I install the 3.4 version the problem isn't there.
I can't keep doing thes things everytime I install a new version from Nero.
Waiting for the next task. Must I let these files unregistered?
