Problem with an 0 Byte File

After encoding an avi-file I?ve got only an audio stream, but no video...



I hope, somebody here may help me...

No one seems to have a solution it seems, I had a very similar problem a couple of weeks ago and have still not had a solution suggested :(

I have the same problem. I have a AMD X2 939 now. Don't know if that makes any difference, but I never had problems with any of my Pentiums.

this is an author error ... pretty strange ... did you have the same problem with other films ? try with another encoder ... i am working on the new version of avi2dvd which will be a lot better on these debagging cases sinse it will be modular ... just give me some time thanks !

It seems to go wrong from the subtitle part.

From my experience, this is more to do with the subtitle. I have some jap animations with subs and try to put them on a dvd. I load the sub titles in step3 in Avi2Dvd, and the audio and video encoding was peferct, then the program tries to mux the file with subtitle and I got a 0 byte muxed file.

I have tried different settings in the subtitle part, but the program just doesn't mux video with subtitle. So I gave up and "hard code" the subtitle on the video and then convert.
