error with txt2vobsub

hi

evry time i loude a Subtitle to txt2vobsub and i generate i get an error masege
ACCESS VIOLATION AT ADDRESS 0048E8B0 IN MODULE SON2VOBSUB.EXE. READ OF ADDRESS 008F52CC
and i cant create sub/idx files
how can i fix this problem

your path of txt/srt is long or has strange characters? try something like : c:\Mysubs\test.txt

Hi, i've the same proble.
At first look, the problem was the invalid characters, in the directory temp and the values that have de Son2Vobsub file show.
Something like this values has been loded in all textbox.

D:?TEMPORAL?TXT2VOBSUB?2.7?TEMPTXT2VOBSUB?CONVERTED.SON

I'm using XP, any idea why the character "\" disappear?
Is there any way to call Son2VSub.exe from a command line.?

WinXP Professional English. the same thing occurs on WinXP Media Center English.

DOS-> Console CodePage (850)

Download this version :

Txt2VobSub debug mode
Load an srt press the generate button and tell me the first THREE numbers you get
ex : 100 67 99 ...
