Help with AVS error

When I try to convert any movie, it starts to do the dumixing, then it comes up with an error telling me of an avs error saying: Unable to load AVS. I have tried to reinstall the program and it doesn't fix the problem. Can someone help me please.

Download and install DEKo..just install it..then run AVI2DVD agai..it will work.!!
