The "Choose AudioStream" list is empty.

Hello!
I've a very serious problem: the "Choose AudioStream" list is empty and being left it empty the program can't convert. I'd be very thankfull if somebody could help me using the program. In the Help window I found no answer for this problem.

Make sure your file name is simple like, movie1.avi, movie one.avi, movie CD1, CD2 etc... And also make sure none of your folders have markings other than alphabets or numbers. So C:\dvd\movie is acceptable and not C:\dvd+\movie.

Try that and hopefully it works.

Thanks very much for help, very well it worked. But I've had a new problem: inexplicably in my program the fifth step disappeared (the menu editor). Don't you know what the reason could be?

Seems more like a program error than a filenaming. Don't think I can help you with that. :( Tried reinstalling?

I'm having the same problem, and simplifying the title did nothing to correct it.

I guess I'll re-install as well, and see what happens.
