I cant see Subtitles in the DVD

Hello,
I converted an Avi, with SRT(stage 4) in hebrew...
Some how when I try to burn , or Either watch the vob on dvd player I cant see the subtitle...
The only "bad" thing I am doing is using less space than the Message Box Recommending me ...
This is the log I got:
