AVI AudioStream Problems

Hi,

Im new to using AVI2DVD, and im having major issues with my first project i want to convert. No matter what i do, when it comes to choosing an AudioStream, the top box constantly stays blank, with 2 and 3 saying none. I have installed Codecs, i have renamed the file to T.avi so its about as short as i can get it, and i have even moved it to the C drive main folder, but i still cannot get an AudioStream to select. I know the file works, as i have played it on my computer and the sound is fine, but i cannot find a way of getting the stream to work.

IF anyone could help me out it would be great. Also step by step insteuction of how to solve this issue would be good as this is all completely new to me so i feel slightly over my head.

Thanks

I am having the same problem and I have installed ffdshow the 7 beta and still nothing in the audio stream to pick from. Any other work arounds?
I've reinstalled AVI2DVD twice now so that's not it. Running Windows7 Ultimate 64bit

That link above my post goes to Fox Tab MP4 Video converter, is that right?

To enable any usable advice you will need to give some details of the file you wish to convert. Download and install MediaInfo (Google) and post a text report on your file. Also download and extract Gspot (Google) and direct your file towards it. After checking all of your codec's, you will be told if you have the correct codec and using the bottom of the Gspot window, if you have codec issues.

If you do not have the codec then Google and install. If your audio codec is a non-compatible type it may be necessary to re-encode the video file.

Please post the above information and look at the Avi2Dvd sub-forum to see what is required.
