DirectShow Source Error

When avisynth is doin its bit,it comes up with this error.

"DirectShowSource : Timeout waiting for graph to start."
any ideas please.

the log file the 0 byte generated file to focus where exactly
the problem appears

download and install the ffdshow pack from here

by the way dont use freeenc i got audio problems plus the picture would get stuck use euenc it take a lot longer to incode but at least the sound and picture are perfect
