Cannot Delete Encoded Video Muxed File

I cannot delete the encoded video muxed file from my computer. It tells me it cant display the current owner and when I try to take ownership of the file it says Access Denied. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I love this program but am losing my hard drive fast because I have to change the file path with every file I convert and am left with a 4gb file I cannot delete.

You might have some luck with Unlocker to delete the file:
