Volume is very low! Why
How can I turn the sound louder?
Currently there is no feature in AVI2DVD to adjust the sound level, but several users have requested this feature. Perhaps we'll see this in a future version.
Have you tried burning to a DVD and playing in a DVD player? Often the sound is lower when played back on a PC than it is with a DVD player. For me I found this with AC3 audio tracks using AC3Filter on my PC. I had to increase the level in AC3Filter before I got sound output that was close to the same volume as my DVD player.

yes, i agree.
a way to boost volume would be great - since most ripped DVD to AVI's (for some reason) have the audio level way too low.
Tmpeng Xpress has an adjust audio level setting which i thought was extremely useful (although i could never get the program to make it through a 600M avi without choking).
i was hoping there was some sort of default parameters file that was used to setup things like AZID, Shibatch, etc but haven't been able to find anything.
cheers,
ps - great program, btw
