No audio stream for avi to dvd

I have been looking over some of the other posts, and I dont think any of those solutions apply to my situation. Here is mediainfo:

which version of avi2dvd do you use ?
If you use the latest (0.6.1) have you installed all the bubdled codecs ?

yes, I have the newest version of the program and I believe I installed all bundled codecs, I also have newest k-lite codec installed... should I try to remove/reinstall? , this is also happening with this file:

Okay, after uninstalling all optional programs with avi2dvd and uninstalling all other codecs on my system - divx/xvid/k-lite pack/etc. I reinstalled avi2dvd using all default options and changing nothing and it seems as though everything is working fine now. I guess my other codecs were interfering or defective or something... So I guess that is a good start for anyone else experiencing issues... other codec packs = bad.. :P Thanks for your time though.. Sorry for the dumb question!
