Arpa Kolla dosen't start a DVD video from hard disk

Whenever I try to start DVD video file from hard disk it doesn't start and give me an advice:
"No combination of intermediate filters could be found to make the connection"
and after pressing OK it sends new message:
"The video decoder doesn't produce line 21 (close captioning) data."
What is the problem with that?
Do I made a mistake somewhere?

you have some not registred dvd player that uses an modifided line21 filter ... try or unistalling and reeintallin your dvd player like windvd or try to find the conflicting filter
