Everything seems to work then I get this message Why 0 bytes

What did I do wrong and how do i do it right?

I'm having this problem too.

It was going for about 6 hours then I got the error.

details:
OGM file using HCEnc on best, subtitles, DVD5, audio 384, AC3 5CH

I've got an idea, I'll just convert it to an avi since thats a more common format. Then I'll try using it again with the converted avi file, I hope it works

even after converting to avi, I still get the exact same problem.. does this program even work?
