You can rename the avi files like this:
abc01.avi
abc02.avi
...
Them AVI2DVD will read all of the files.

it is possible to make a menu in the dvd where i can choose which movie to watch, something super simple ?

You could try a tool like DvdReMake. Use Avi2Dvd to prepare two movies and DvdReMake to merge the two movies onto one dvd with menus to choose between the two.
