I have been using AVI 2 DVD for some time now, and love it. but recently have run into a couple of movies that have problems. both movies play perfect, but when i convert them using HCEnc, it only does half the movie, ie: 1 hour of a 2 hour movie.. I have tried using NuEnc to do it, but had the same problem... Any ideas... This movie was in two parts and i used vdub to join it, i have done this many time befor and it has worked...

Any ideas???

I also come across recently with the same problem. i edit 2 part of avi (xvid) to one file (with virtual dub) and after the process of avi2dvd i only show 1 part the was encoded (1 hour). i must say that this process allways work for me , but suddenly it happen (a tried to encode with cce , HCEnc) both show the same problem. i notice that the m2v file is full (with the 2 parts of the movie) but after that process it diminish to one.
i also try to run that process with avi2dvd version 0.4.3 . 0.4.1 . 0.3.9

Any one with an idea ???

I had the same problem when converting 2 avi's to 1 using VirtualDub.
It's probably something in VirtualDub, because, when you load both the avi's in Avi2dvd, it works fine.
Just name ur video files "video cd1.avi" and "video cd2.avi", and load only "video cd1.avi". Avi2dvd automatically joins the two files to one. The same process for the subs.

same problem.

it'll act like it's encoding the entire movie and everythings fine but when you play it screws up. i'm not quite sure what the problem is.. thought i have no problem just doing a single file. meh i've been trying to find a solution for awhile because i have a quite a number of movies i'd like to put on dvd that are in 2 or more files... any ideas please fill me in. thanks
