why deos avi to dvd have aproblem with the lamb codecs

i was just wondering there is reason that when converting a dvix you pull it into avi to dvd that that the audio with lamb codecs deosn;t pick it saying there is no audio :? :?:

post here the graphedit picture of the graph (download from the net graphedit run it and trow the avi then take an screnshot jpg and post it here)
