Ok, I'm trying to run a joined xvid file true avi2dvd. When I play the joined movie it works all fine, but when I run it true avi2dvd it only encode half the movie. When I open the file in avi2dvd the duration is the same length as the first part of the files I joined. What?s op with that?

Anyone else having this problem. I joined the files with VirtualDub.

I am having the same issue.

I have one video in two seperate AVI files. I renamed the files CD1.avi and CD2.avi as per instructions and loaded the CD1.avi file into AVI2DVD, but only the first avi file was processed.

So I tried again by first joining the two AVIs using VirtualDubMod and then loading that into AVI2DVD. (The joined AVI file plays fine in Nero Showtime - the full video is played). However, after many hours of processing in AVI2DVD, the final result is still only the first half of the video. I have wasted several DVDRs trying to get this to work properly, but to no avail.

I joined this forum in the hopes that someone may know what the problem is, or what I may be doing wrong.

(I followed the AVI2DVD guide here: http://www.afterdawn.com/guides/archive ... vi2dvd.cfm ... I used HCEnc as the encoder)

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
