When i want to convert my avi to a dvd file i only get a encoded video, audiostream and a scirpt file. But from the guide that i`m using it need to make a video_ts and a audio_ts map but that isn`t happing
So does any1 have a idea how i need to convert it then or how i can burn the encoded video on a dvd so i can open it on my tv

I think I am getting the same thing you are... a log file, audio stream, encoded video and a script file... no ISO though. Wondering what the problem could be as well.
When I use the method a shown on this site using QuENC encoder, I do not get the encoded video... but all the other files I noted above. When I use the method noted at the link above, I get all the files I noted but still no ISO to burn.
Am I/we doing something wrong? FWIW, here's my log from last failure:

Hi guys,
I posted a message several days ago because I had the same problems that many of you pointed out: AVI to DVD only was doing the audio conversion, but not the movie conversion.
A put the AVI2DVD to work one hour ago again, just to see what happened, but meanwhile I was installing a different softwre to do the same. Well, apparently this software installed the code for
AviSynth
(A powerful video programming language for post-production editing)
as part of the needed things, and I believe onverting the is the reason why AVItoDVD was not working before
The software has just finished to DVD and it worked perfect!, even with the subtitles! Now I am trying one movie that has two CDs.
good luck!

Hi,
I am using avi2dvd for the first time and created an iso-image. Perfect so far. But when I play this on my computer no sound and subtitles are present. Also after burning this image no sound and subtitles are there. But the software package says it did transcode, mux, etc everything. Somebody knows what is wrong ?
Thank you.

In addition to the problem above: if I open the first VOB-file then I have sound, but still no subtitles.
The problem above (no sound and subtitles) happens when iso-image is opened or burned.
Help !!

Hi, take a look at the list of tasks that your computer does compared to mine (my posting is a couple of messages before yours). You will see that in your case, the computer is not doing the audio thing (is beginning directly with the AviSynth code or whatever).
You obviously have a problem with the audio. Does AVI2DVD show you an audio stream when you select the AVI file at the very beginning?
Subtitles: check that the subtitles are in the right srt/txt format. There are several "formats", maybe AVI2DVD is reading the subtitle but is not in the right format and is not telling you anything
not sound nor subtitles

Hello, guys
This is the first time that I try to convert an avi to a dvd and I got a partial success but some errors as well. I can watch the picture but the sound and subs. aren?t working, the ISO wasn?t generated either. Apparently the video wasn?t mixed with the audio, I used the HC encoder.
Any suggestion?
ohh here is the log by the way...
