Error On open An Avi File

Hello All.
I Can't Get Ready To Use This Software
Because Every AVI File I open With AVI2DVD
i Get this Error


And After It The Software Don't Respond

Can Someone Help Me?
I am Ussing WIN XP PRO SP2
Symantec Antivirus
512 of RAM
50 GB disk Free Space

Any Suggestion?

Ok ,I Have Resolved The Problem ,And Here It Is What I Have Done.
The Problem Was In My Comp ,And NOT IN THE SOFTWARE.

1.I Removed All The Decoder Softs In My Comp(AVI2DVD ,SVCD2DVD..)
2.Remove All The Codecs From My Comp(Via Control Panel ,Lame MP3 ,
And KliteCodecPack ,AC3)
3.Reboot The Comp
4.Download The Newest Codec From Free-codec.com(Via VideoHelp.Com)
5.Install The Codecs Again
6.Reboot
7.Setup The AVI2DVD again
8.Software Works Perfect Now!
