Same here... Just used the new 0.4.3 beta to convert from a 350Mb xvid to DVD, no special options whatsoever, processing seems to go fine, no errormessages whatsoever, except 'job not done' in the end.
Audio extraction, video encoding, video pulldown, muxing, author script generation, authoring, all 'successful', with reasonable filesizes. But then things stop working:
[1:16:27] Start authoring ...
[1:16:29] Dvd authored successfully ! [ F:\0\Avi2dvd_temp\DVD ]
[1:16:29] Generating iso ...
[1:16:30] Iso generated successfully ! This is the file that you must burn --> [F:\0\Avi2dvd_temp\DVD_Image.iso -1 Bytes]
[1:16:30] Job NOT Done. There are warnings ... Find at the log file the 0 byte generated file to focus where exactly the problem appears

So it goes wrong during iso-generation, apparently, and there is not a damn thing left from 3 hours of processing.!

Tried with the encoder options as noted in the "how-to" on this site. Got essentially the same thing when using the encoder as noted in a how-to from another site using this software. I deleted the directory and the log file for my first attempt.

Same deal with both: log file, AC3 file, M2V file and an AVISynth file... no ISO

I have a similar problem, but in my case an output file is generated with 0 bytes. Throughout the entirity of the encode, the file is 0 bytes. Im not sure of the problem. Used HCENC. OGM file with XVID video and Ogg Vorbis Audio.

actually, my problem is exactly the same (same version), who can help?
I tried to see the folder avi2dvd_temp while the program is working, First, the job is done until it is finish, and a file is build in the folder avi2dvd_temp, which size is not zero, but at the end of the conversion, a command window (those black ones) appears very fast and disappears as well, and in the same time, the file which was just build disappears as well... What can it be?? Thanks for help!
