hi all
what app / part of avi2dvd actually does the compressing to fit a dvdr5? as i think we are not getting any files for burning due to the compressing part of the sequence?
if we do small files in tends to come out ok?

hi
thx - so should we set the CCE app to a size of 4.36gig in CCE or does your app make CCE output the correct size?

Hi Rotary,
Avi2Dvd does all calculation needed automatically so you end up with a DVD compatible size.
No need 2 change any setting with CCE mate.

Having sizing issue now with current version of AVI2DVD, where end result using CCE 2.67 is too large for standard DVD-R. This means I am having to use DVDShrink on it to get it small enough. What can be done to fix this?
many thanks

Same problem with me.
What I did was to create DVD5 from DVD9 with PAL-to-NTSC conversion.
I did not change any other options (so QuEnc was automatically selected).
I hope this problem will be fixed.
Thank you in advance.
