6.2.1 Configuring the Seller

Make sure that you are logged in at https://developer.paypal.com
Now just go to https://www.sandbox.paypal.com/
Use your virtual seller username and password in order to log in. ( ex :
username : karidi_1117144111_biz@mymail.com
password : mypassword ).
Once logged you enter in a complete virtual environment (sandbox environment).


We click on 'Profile' and then we click on 'Website Payment Preferences' which is located under 'Selling preferences' fig:27.
We select :
Auto Return: On
Return URL: http://www.yourwebsite.com/PayPal/Code/pdthtml.php
Where yourwebsite is your url.
Please note that the part /PayPal/Code/pdthtml.php must be leaved intact.
Payment Data Transfer: On
Block Non-encrypted Website Payment: Off
PayPal Account Optional: On
Contact Telephone : Off
Support giropay and bank transfer payments: No

Now press save and wait, after a while you will get an Identity Token. Please write it down since it is important. Figure fig:28

If you lost your Identity Token, you can find it by it clicking at the 'Profile', then 'Website Payment Preferences' and by looking at the Payment Data Transfer (optional).
