  Abit UL8 is a low cost solution for this socket (costs about 80e). It is obvious that this motherboard isn't for power users. Although you can put up to 8Gb(!) of RAM on this motherboard but usually 1Gb is enough.
  For power users we recommend MSI K8N SLI-F (about 120e) or Abit AN8-SLI (about 160e) for silent Htpcs. Both of them support dual channel DDR RAM, SLI [x8,x8] and 7.1 audio.
